Due to Parliament of Palmshire moving its meeting venue beyond Active Worlds and the fact not all members will be able to attend, the House of Lords and the House of Commons will be undergoing changes, with a general election to be held earlier than would otherwise be. This is only preliminary and is not finalized yet. Details may change and feel free to make feedback on this.

Anyone who has made intent clear to move to Construct3D will be allowed to remain in Parliament. Special exception has been granted to Lord Metaville (Bach Zhaa) to continue in Parliament and in office as Governor for time being. Number of seats for the House of Commons will be reduced to compensate for this change. General election will be held in Construct3D, whether in-world or off-world, on 1 February until 15 February for the following new provisionally named seats and the area it represents:

1.) Borough of Arcadia with one seat to represent the land of Arcadia
2.) Borough of Asylum with one seat to represent the land of Asylum
3.) Borough of Rockford with one seat to represent the rest of Palmshire

For one to be able to vote in the general election, one must be registered voter. For that and to cast vote, one must notify me via PM either in-forum or in Construct3D. Parliament is scheduled to return on an undetermined date in March.
