In the view of Lord Metaville’s (Bach Zhaa) failure to appoint a member to his Cabinet, I have taken it into my hands and appointed Lord Nottingham (Koll), recently elevated to Viscount, as the Leader of the House of Commons. In addition, the Duke of Arcadia (Demon Dog) was to be appointed the Foreign Secretary, who will be overseeing Palmshire’s foreign and military affairs. Lord Fairfax (Matthew) was to be made the Leader of the House of Lords and Lord President of the Council for time being.

I would like to reiterate that per the Attainder of Mandy Act passed by the Parliament last year, Andy S is not permitted to hold any offices within the government of this kingdom. The ministers are equally prohibited from advising me in granting peerages or any forms of honors to the said person. Furthermore, he is also debarred from standing for election to the House of Commons.
