Following the recent controversial incident involving the Duke of Cypress Hollow (GC) less or more than a week ago, the Prince Regent, the Duke of Westover (Legolas aka griffinpage), on advice of Governor, the Right Honorable the Lord Metaville (Bach Zhaa), dismissed Cypress Hollow from the Palmshire Army service as the Captain-General for the 1st Regiment of Foot which he has held the position since 14 December 2010.

The Marquess of Arcadia (Demon Dog) has been provisionally appointed the acting Captain-General and commanding officer of the regiment. The Right Honorable the Lord Arcadia, who held Colonel rank prior to this appointment, was also promoted by virtue of this change to the rank of General. The Lord Nottingham (Koll) was appointed the new colonel as Lord Arcadia’s second-in-command in the regiment.
